What to Expect

The Leadership Lab is designed to be practical and conversational. Sessions include discussion, reflection, and opportunities to work through real leadership situations with other participants.

• Conversations are confidential and respectful.
• You’re encouraged to bring real situations you’re navigating.
• There’s no preparation required before sessions, though you may occasionally receive a few reflection questions in advance to help ensure the discussion is relevant to the cohort.

office hours

Office hours are optional and drop-in style. They’re a space to bring specific challenges or situations you’d like help navigating.

Many leaders find these especially helpful — even just listening to others’ questions often sparks ideas for situations you may be facing as well.

INSIDE THE LEADERSHIP LAB

The Leadership Lab is organized into three modules, each with two sessions building on one another.

MODULE 1: LEADING SELF

Lab 1: The Three Ps of Leadership
An exploration of the internal dynamics that influence leadership: personalities, priorities, and pressure. We look at how these forces shape behaviour, communication, and decision-making—both in ourselves and in others.

APRIL 14

Lab 2: Leading with Intent
How intent, impact, and interpretation shape everyday leadership moments. This session focuses on communicating clearly and reducing the misunderstandings that often create tension within teams.

APRIL 28

Lab 3: Building a Connected Team
How trust, communication, and psychological safety influence how teams function day to day, and what leaders can do to strengthen connection and collaboration.

MODULE 2: leading teams

MAY 12

Lab 4: Challenging Conversations
Practical approaches for navigating tension, feedback, and difficult conversations while maintaining trust and credibility.

MAY 26

Lab 5: Leading in the Middle
Navigating the realities of leading between senior leadership and frontline teams, including how to influence upward while maintaining credibility with your team.

MODULE 3: LEADING in an organization

JUNE 9

Lab 6: Sustaining Your Leadership
Bringing the pieces together and identifying practical ways to continue strengthening your leadership beyond the Lab.

JUNE 23
