About me.

I believe that every single person should feel like a valued member of their team.

I love to work with organizations through facilitation and team building in Thunder Bay, ON and leave knowing that they are better, and not better for having worked with me, but better because through the process they realize their true potential.

They realize this potential by being asked what THEY want. What THEIR ideas are. What THEY need to thrive. Because ultimately, no one knows this better than the people who are impacted by the decisions that are so often made without their well-being in mind.

That is why I have made it my mission to positively impact as many teams as possible.

I have been that person dragging my heels to go to the office every day because I knew to the people up top I was just another number. My hope is that eventually no one has to feel this way.
