Frequently Asked Questions

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations through leadership development, team development, facilitation, strategic and action planning, staff and stakeholder engagement, and speaking.
The work looks different depending on what you’re trying to accomplish. Sometimes that means helping a team communicate and work better together. Sometimes it’s supporting a leader through a challenging situation. Other times, it’s bringing people together to make decisions, set direction, or figure out what comes next.

It depends on what we’re trying to accomplish. Sessions can range from 1–2 hours to half-day, full-day, or multi-day engagements. I also work with clients over a series of sessions when ongoing support makes more sense than a one-time workshop.
We’ll figure out a format that makes sense for the people involved and the outcome you’re looking for.
-
Yes. Most of my work is customized.
Before we begin, I’ll spend time understanding what’s happening, what you want to be different, and what would make the time together worthwhile. From there, I’ll design an approach that fits your group rather than trying to fit your group into a predetermined workshop.
-
Yes. I offer virtual leadership development, facilitated sessions, workshops, and other support when virtual delivery makes sense for the group and the work.
Some experiences are better suited to being together in person, so we can talk about what format will work best for what you’re trying to accomplish.
-
Pricing depends on the type of support, length of the engagement, preparation involved, number of participants, and whether travel is required.
Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll recommend an approach and provide a clear quote before we move forward.
-
That depends on why we’re working together in the first place.
For a team, success might mean better communication, stronger relationships, clearer expectations, or greater ownership. For a leader, it might mean feeling more confident handling a difficult situation or leading their team. For an organization, it could mean leaving a planning or facilitated process with clear priorities, decisions, and next steps.
At the beginning of our work, we’ll get clear on what you want to accomplish so that the experience is built around something meaningful—not simply filling a few hours on the calendar.

Tell me a little about what’s happening and what you’re hoping to accomplish. You don’t need to know exactly what kind of workshop, program, or support you need.
From there, we can figure out what would be most useful and whether I’m the right person to help.
